- The language you will speak. Choosing it makes the list more accurate. Leave it on Any language when more than one will be spoken and the app works it out from the recording.
- Report in
- The language the list and the PDF are written in, whatever was spoken. English for most sites. Any of the 37 for a crew that reads another.
Sites are noisy. Hold the phone near your mouth and say one item at a time. Accuracy is best in the languages people speak most, and the Speaking choice helps everywhere.

What happens to your recording
Site Log uses an AI service to write up your walk. This is what it is given.
- It asks firstThe app asks for your agreement before the first recording is sent.
- Voice and notes onlyYour recording and typed notes go to OpenAI to be turned into text and written up. Your photo is not sent to it.
- Stored in LondonYour logs and photos are kept on servers in London. Delete your account in the app and they go with it.
