Site Log is one app on each person's phone. A company gets the most out of it when every inspector, site manager and supervisor has it, the reports carry the company's logo, and the people who speak Hindi, Tamil, Arabic or Polish can finally write up a walk themselves.

How it works today

Plain facts, so there are no surprises:

  • Each person installs the app and signs in with their own account. Walks and reports belong to that person.
  • Reports are PDFs, sent from the phone to anyone, with the photo, the numbered list, the trade and priority of every item, and the status of each.
  • The report language is chosen per walk. A Tamil-speaking foreman and an English-speaking manager produce the same report.
  • There is no shared company view yet. Projects are not shared between accounts and there is no web dashboard. That is the next thing we build, and pilot companies get it first.
  • Recordings are written up by an AI service after the user agrees to it in the app. Photos are never sent to it. Everything is stored on servers in London. See the privacy policy.
